EXCLUSIVE PENTHOUSE SAARI MOIS ROOFTOP VILLA
A design with history
A lavish baroque palace dating back to the 16th century is the inspiration behind this luxurious Russian rooftop villa.
The original layout has been completely revamped by the architect Svetozar Andreev, who came up with the idea of combining two separate apartments to create a large open space with a Mediterranean feel.
Perfectly decorated using exclusive materials, such as Corian surfaces and parquet flooring, the home is arranged on two storeys. The lower level consists of a large communal area with a living room, kitchen-dining room, and bedrooms. The upper floor is a space for leisure, with a bar and kitchen, chill-out area and private spa.
Elegant panoramic terrace
A selection of Vondom solutions were selected for the outdoor décor and lighting, specifically the Faz collection by Ramón Esteve, including the flowerpot, lamp, sun lounger, bar and stools.
The collection’s geometric surfaces and faceted shapes fit the sophisticated and contemporary style of the décor, with alternating whites and blacks, paired with an abundance of tropical plants and linear architectural lighting. Additionally, the large glass partitions make it possible to fully enjoy the panoramic views.
In summary, this sophisticated project with bold shapes creates an elegant dreamlike setting that is perfectly aligned with its urban surroundings.
