Студия занята разработкой ультрасовременных архитектурных проектов общественных и частных объектов недвижимости, девелоперским проектами в различных странах мира, проектами реконструкции зданий, ландшафтным и интерьерным дизайном, разработкой эксклюзивных предметов интерьера и мебели, а также, созданием фирменного стиля компаний. Нами разработано и реализовано множество проектов различного назначения и сложности, которые отмечены международными наградами и премиями, и регулярно публикуются ведущими мировыми изданиями, посвященными современной архитектуре и дизайну.
THE SVETOZAR ANDREEV STUDIO / `HOTEI`RUSSIA` a Russian design and architecture group operating on an international level. Founded by architect and designer Svetozar Andreev, the studio specializes in the development of ultra-contemporary architectural projects for public and private real estate, development ventures across various countries, building renovation, as well as landscape and interior design. The studio also creates exclusive interior objects and furniture, and develops distinctive corporate brand identities. Our group has devised and implemented an array of projects of varying function and complexity, works which have won awards in numerous architectural competitions. Our projects are regularly covered by leading international printed and online media devoted to contemporary architecture and interior design.

PARUS CENTER - ультрасовременный архитектурный комплекс нового городского культурного центра Санкт-Петербурга в дельте Невы, уникальный и запоминающийся образ которого сформирован сложной композицией несущих изогнутых плоскостей, имеющих форму парусов, создающих в объеме яркий и динамичный силуэт большого корабля, выходящего в открытое море.
PARUS CENTER is an ultra-modern architectural complex for Saint Petersburg's new cultural city centre in the Neva Delta, its unique and memorable design is formed by a complex arrangement of curved load-bearing surfaces shaped like sails, creating a bold and dynamic silhouette of a grand ship heading into the open sea.
The concept of an oasis or hidden garden inspired the layout of the ZEN GARDEN building, centered around a lush green atrium with hanging balcony gardens. This core connects lounge areas, rooftop terraces with panoramic views of St. Petersburg, ultra-modern residences and penthouses, a boutique hotel, fine dining restaurants, a 1500 m² fitness and spa center with a 25-meter pool, and parking. The façade of the complex, designed on the principle of lamella shutters scaled to the size of a colonnade, combines openness and privacy. This solution allowed ZEN GARDEN to blend organically into the square by the Yubileyny Complex, echoing its white rotunda and completing the architectural ensemble.
Идея оазиса или скрытого сада легла в основу планировки здания ZEN GARDEN, центром которого стал зелёный атриум с подвесными балкон-садиками. Он объединяет лаунж-зоны, террасы с видом на центр Петербурга, современные резиденции и пентхаусы, бутик-отель, рестораны высокой кухни, фитнес- и SPA-центр 1500 м² с бассейном 25 м и паркинг. Фасад комплекса разработан по принципу ламелей жалюзи, масштабированных до колоннады, сочетает открытость и приватность. Такое решение позволило ZEN GARDEN органично вписаться в площадь у комплекса «Юбилейный», перекликаясь с его белой ротондой и завершая архитектурный ансамбль.
THE HEART OF MALTA PROJECT

Architect Svetozar Andreev has drawn up the design for a multifunction exhibition complex called The Heart of Malta, to be constructed on the site of the world famous Azure Window, which was destroyed by a storm in March 2017. The complex, with its spiral structure and incorporating over 5000sqm of exhibition space, is destined to become a new architectural and cultural landmark for Malta and Gozo, and a monument to the iconic arch. The space within the complex is designed to accommodate dynamic laser shows and digital exhibitions devoted to Maltese and international art, history and culture, as well as concerts, TV broadcasts, and other events.
